1. Standard 01

   Humidity and temperature

   We keep humidity steady: dry enough to stop corrosion, not so dry that leather, rubber and wood suffer.

   Each car wears a breathable cover. Premium cars always have a floor-level bay, never on a lift, and a CarCoon bubble is available as an extra.

   Motorbikes stand on paddock stands under their own breathable covers, with a bike bubble on Premium.

2. Standard 02

   Battery conditioning

   Every vehicle goes on a smart conditioner matched to its battery the day it arrives. We record the voltage every week, so a failing battery is caught early.

   Older lead-acid and lithium batteries get the charging they need, noted on file.

3. Standard 03

   Weekly checks

   Every week we check battery voltage, tyre pressures, fluids, the cover, and any sign of damp, leaks or pests. On longer stays we adjust pressures or move the car to prevent flat spots.

   If a check is missed, we're alerted and it's done the next working day.

4. Standard 04

   Photographed condition reports

   On arrival and departure we photograph every angle, close up any existing marks, and record mileage, fuel and battery. Photos are sealed and timestamped when taken, so a report can't be changed later.

   You sign off reports in the member app. Premium members also get a monthly photo report by email.

5. Standard 05

   Key control

   Keys carry a code, not your name or registration, and live in a safe. We log who takes a key and why, and check the safe every evening.

   Nobody outside your file gets a key without your written permission.
