FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
If yours is not here, ask us. We would rather answer a question twice than have you guess.
Getting started
How does the waiting list work?
Tell us about the car and when you'd like to start. It's free to register. When a bay opens up, we agree the details and arrange collection.
You pay nothing until we've agreed a start date.
Where are you?
Near Leeds, serving West and North Yorkshire. We don't publish the address: members get it, and visits are by appointment. We collect and deliver by enclosed trailer, so you never need to find us.
Can I visit before I decide?
Yes, by appointment, once you're on the waiting list.
What kind of vehicles do you take?
Classic, sports and performance cars from pre-war to modern, and motorbikes. We can't currently take electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles.
Do you store motorbikes?
Yes, with the same care as cars: a dry space on a paddock stand, a battery conditioner, a breathable cover (or bike bubble on Premium), weekly checks and photo reports.
They have their own Standard and Premium packages, and travel by covered van or enclosed trailer.
Collection, visits and notice
Why do you need 48 hours' notice?
It lets us prepare the car (charge, pressures, a check-over), book transport and record every movement. It also keeps the mews quiet.
In a genuine emergency, call us and we'll do what we can.
Can I drive the car to you myself?
Yes, free, at a time booked with 48 hours' notice. We photograph and record the handover just as we would a trailer delivery.
The trailer keeps the car out of the weather and traffic, and you never need to visit.
How much does collection cost?
Choose for each journey: drive it in yourself for free, an enclosed trailer on the next area delivery day for a fixed price, or on a date you choose, priced by distance (minimum charge applies). Prices are on the Concierge page.
Collection and return are priced per journey, and you see the price before you confirm.
Can I take the car out for a weekend and bring it back?
Yes. Book the release with 48 hours' notice and the return the same way. Each check-out and check-in gets a new condition report.
Pricing and payment
How is my price worked out?
The package price plus a supplement for your vehicle's agreed value, because higher-value vehicles cost more to insure. The bands are on the packages page.
We agree the value with you before you start, and it stays private: it never appears on invoices or in the app.
How do I pay?
Most members pay monthly by Direct Debit (weekly price × 52 ÷ 12). Winter season and annual packages are paid up front. Invoices are in the member app.
Is there a minimum term?
Standard and Premium run until you give a month's notice. The winter season is 26 weeks and annual is 52 weeks, both paid in advance.
Do your prices include VAT?
We're not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. If that changes, we'll tell you in advance.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry the Direct Debit and let you know. If an account stays unpaid, we may hold releases until it's settled, as set out in the terms.
Care and security
Is my car insured while it is with you?
Your own insurance stays in force; we don't insure your car for you. Most specialist insurers offer laid-up cover, and we'll confirm the arrangements to them.
How often is the car checked?
Weekly: battery voltage, tyre pressures, fluids and a visual inspection, all recorded. Premium members also get a monthly photo report by email.
Who has access to my keys?
Only our named team members. Keys are coded, kept in a safe, and every movement is logged and checked daily.
Can I see my car's reports?
Yes. Every report and weekly check is in the member app with photos. You sign off entry and exit reports yourself.

Places are limited by design.
We keep the mews small so every car gets proper attention. Register and we'll be in touch when a bay is free.
Location shared with members only. Visits strictly by appointment.
