What we do, in outline.
We keep this general on purpose. Members get the full picture; we'd rather not publish a guide for anyone else.
- No published address
- Members get the address once a contract is agreed. It never appears on our website, emails, invoices or social media, and our team and transport partner keep it private too.
- Appointment-only access
- Nobody drops in. Every visit, collection and return is booked and recorded.
- Recorded CCTV
- The building and its approaches are recorded around the clock, and footage is kept for a fixed period.
- Key safe and chain of custody
- Keys are coded and kept in a safe. Every movement is logged against a named person and checked daily.
- Transport partner privacy
- Our partner sees only their own jobs and the details needed to do them, never what your vehicle is worth.
- Your data
- Member records are held in the UK and EU under UK GDPR, with access limited by role. Photos have location data removed. Details are in our privacy notice.
Insurance
Your insurance stays with you.
We don't insure your car for you. Keep your own policy in force (laid-up or full), tell us the renewal date and we'll remind you before it expires.
Places are limited by design.
We keep the mews small so every car gets proper attention. Register and we'll be in touch when a bay is free.
